My Current Reading List

Between my 9-to-5 and basically running a full-time side-hustle, I spend a LOT more time staring at a screen than I would like to admit. One of the things that really helps me disconnect from it all is picking up a good book or magazine, and it doesn’t hurt that having a good read on hand is useful whenever I have down time: whether I’m waiting at the airport for my flight or having a lazy weekend morning in bed! Here are some of the things I’m reading this summer:

The Outsider by Stephen King

OMG not gonna lie, when I was in high school, I was obsessed with reading everything Stephen King. I can't do horror movies, but I love a good horror novel, and this new release is definitely on my summer reading list!

The Subtle Art of Not Giving a F*ck

I've heard SO many good things about this book! It's all about finding what's truly important to you and letting go of everything (and everyone) else... now that's a practice I can get behind!

PORTER Magazine

I've always loved collecting magazines, but these days, most of them are totally overrun with ads. I love PORTER magazine, because the advertising is limited and it's full of stunning editorials that inspire my content creation process.

How to Be a Person in the World by Heather Havrilesky

Whenever I have free time at work, I'm always browsing through NY Mag's Ask Polly column. It's full of great life advice, and the best part is that it's coming from someone who admits that she doesn't have it all figured out either. This book has been on my reading list since last year, and I finally ordered it on Amazon!
