2019: New Year, New Beginnings

First #OOTD of 2019… keeping it simple, finally getting back into the swing of things, and super excited for a great year ahead! What are you looking forward to this year?

We always look at the new year as the opportunity for new beginnings, but this year couldn’t ring truer for me and some of the closest people around me! My best friend from high school is having a baby, my best friend from college is getting married… and for me? Well, you’ll just have to wait and see 😉 I’ll be sharing it all right here as it happens!

If there’s one thing I’m asking from you guys (as well as myself) while we’re goal-setting for 2019, it’s for us to be kind to ourselves. It’s so simple to scroll through social media and look at all the things you wish you were doing, all the places you wish you were invited to, and all the life goals you wish you already achieved — but I assure you that you’re here, you’re on the right path, and we’re ALL gonna take 2019 one day at a time, so we can look back on December 31st and realize just how important every little step (both forwards and backwards) has been.

You guys with me? Okay, let’s do this — 2019, here we come!
