Even though my time outdoors has been very limited these days, I’ve been climbing my building’s fire escape to social distance on my rooftop and enjoy the sunshine over an Aperol Spritz and mini cheese board! Sounds fancy, but this Aperol Spritz cocktail is a super easy one that you can recreate in just a few steps… and with little effort (my kinda drink!)

Add equal parts of Aperol and Prosecco 🍾
Top with a dash of soda water & an orange slice to garnish 🍊
