Thanksgiving is just around the corner! Living in NYC, away from my family, I’m not always able to sit around the table with my parents and siblings. We always make best efforts, but with everyone so spread out, sometimes it doesn’t work out, and I end up spending some of my holidays with my closest friends. After all, they say your best friends become your chosen family!

Before the cold winter begins, we’re still experiencing some comfortable temperatures. This year for my Friendsgiving outfit, I wanted to take advantage by incorporating this sequined miniskirt. A long, looser fitting coat makes it easy to layer and transition between outdoor to indoor locations, so I’m opting for this neutral option from Frame that I’ll be able to use for years to come.
