It’s not too late to get clued in on what’s trending for the rest of 2024!
We’re already heading into the spring and summer seasons, can you believe it? Let’s get into what we’ve been seeing, and what I think we’ll continue to see through the rest of 2024.
In terms of fashion trends, we’ve seen it all over the last year: from the continuation of quiet luxury on one side of the spectrum, to the revival of cheetah prints and layered statement belts on the other, outfits with no bottoms, and more. I’ve been watching some trends make it from the runway to editorial spreads and streetstyle in NYC, and it looks like some of them are making it all the way through SS24.
Here are my top 5 favorite fashion trends for 2024.
seeing red
I’ve been loving this pops of red trendsince it made its way down the runway almost a year ago now. Adding a bold red to your looks is fun, flirty, and sophisticated.
bold chains
If you know me, you know I won’t leave the house without a pair of chunky gold earrings. But why should I stop there? These chunky-chained bags are next level luxe.
slingbacks
I’m a firm believer that fashion shouldn’t compromise comfort, and that’s why I’m such a fan of slingback heels. I usually keep my heels relatively short, so kitten heels being a hot ticket item over the past year is A-Okay with me! my collection has steadily grown and these are my faves.
microshorts
it’s been a year of bare legs for fashion girlies with the pantless look trend surviving a few seasons now. I love how flattering and fun styling microshorts has been and can’t wait to buy more for summer.
corporate core
going from your 9 to 5 to dinner and drinks? no problem. elevated corporate-inspired looks are huge this season, and as an NY girlie, this is a trend I think we can all appreciate.
