Festival Season

Festival season is here and I have a major announcement… well, that and a very busy couple of weeks ahead! I’ve never been to Coachella before, but this year, I’m heading to BOTH weekends — like, literally flying from the east to the west coast two weekends in a row 

   I bought weekend 2 tickets with my sister and friends ages ago, but I just booked a last-minute brand project that I’ll be working on during weekend 1 (stay tuned for deets!). It’ll be interesting to see how this pans out; I’m kind of nervous about doing so much traveling, especially since my full time 9-to-5 is just as demanding… but I’m kinda getting on this YOLO wave, so I’m gonna ride it out and see where it takes me — hopefully not a one-way ticket to burn out city! For someone who’s never done Coachella, I think I’m about to get enough of it to last a lifetime 

Since I’ve started outfit planning and packing for my trips, here are some of the items I’m setting aside to prep for two fun-filled weekends in the desert: lots of SPF 30, sundresses and rompers for days, round-the-clock ice cold hydration, and all things tassels, pom-poms and fringe. If you’re not already, make sure you’re following along on Snapchat for a double-dose of festival style this year — you definitely won’t wanna miss it: cocobassey
