We’re not fully there yet, but with summer around the corner, it’s important to remember that when it comes to makeup, a little goes a long way. In the warmer months, I try to stay away from full foundation coverage, because what’s the point when it’ll all be melted away by the end of the day? Clinique sent me a sample of their latest product release, the “Beyond Perfecting” 2-in-1 Foundation + Concealer, and it’s the PERFECT addition to my makeup collection. While the formula is a lot thicker than most liquid foundations I’ve worked with, the wand applicator makes it easy to target specific areas — meaning I only need to use it as a concealer for under-eye and dark spot coverage, leaving the rest of my face completely bare! Perfect, amiright? For those of you looking for your own color match, I’m wearing #28 in “Clove”.

The foundation is available on Clinique.com,  Sephora, and local department stores (Nordstrom, Macy’s, etc.). How are you switching up your makeup regimen in preparation for warmer months?
