A couple weeks ago, I was invited to the ESCADA Atlanta store opening in Lenox Mall, and I was super excited to connect with a brand that I was so familiar with, having spent my high school years in Germany — which was also right around the time that I began to take an interest in developing my own personal aesthetic and an appreciation for sartorial design. Okay let’s be honest — I certainly didn’t have the budget for high-end fashion at the time, but there wasn’t a weekend that my best friend and I couldn’t be found traipsing down the streets of Kufürstendamm in Berlin, ducking in and out of the stores in between coffee breaks and people-watching, to admire shoes, clothes and bags that I longed one day to own for my very self. It was a much simpler time

I selected some of my favorite pieces that I pulled from the Atlanta store opening event to style for today’s post. These sailor-style pants are super flattering with the hardware details and high-waisted fit… and the length on them is an absolute dream for any girl who’s as tall as I am. Paired with this flare-sleeved top, it creates an outfit that works for pretty much any occasion: work, dinner, social events, girls’ night… you name it!

You can read more about the grand opening event here, and as you’re heading to Lenox Mall to do your holiday shopping this season, be sure to pop into ESCADA to check out the new store — you’ll be glad you did 🙂
