With the first long holiday weekend of the year officially behind us, it feels like we can finally start thinking about the Summer! Even though it’s been grey and rainy in ATL lately (a HUGE plus for me when I head out to shoot, but a major let-down when I want to do basically anything else), it by no means signifies a dip in temperatures — in fact, if anything, rainy days mean that it gets super musty and damp outside and depending on who you ask, that can be even worse than the dry heat!

So with all that in mind, what’s a girl to do? I’ve started experimenting with fun silhouettes lately — I’m obsessed with open backs, deep V-necks, drop armholes… anything that shows a little more skin and lets a little bit more of a breeze in… without getting TOO scandalous or inappropriate. It’s also a fun way to introduce lace accents into your look, and Anine Bing makes some of the best ones… seriously. There aren’t a lot of brands who make lacy lingerie for bigger bust sizes, which has always been a huge pet peeve of mine, but Anine Bing’s bralettes run the entire size gamut, and the Large really fits D and DD cups just fine.

Who knew that you could get a double take in a simple t-shirt + jeans combo?
