No Swimsuit, No Beach, No Problem

In the middle of July, is there anything more perfect than a day at the beach? The feelings associated with the sound of the ocean, and sand between my toes is always one of the first things I think of when I’m daydreaming about a relaxing summer day… which definitely of reminds me that I’m WAY overdue for a beach getaway myself! For some reason, this summer has been especially busy for me, meaning that I may not get as lucky with my vacation plans this time around… so what’s a girl to do?

Since I’m not heading to the coast this summer, I’m not stocking up on my typical beachwear essentials this year (bikinis, towels, the works), but I still love wearing non-swimsuit beachwear in and around Atlanta when I’m running my weekend errands! It kind of puts me in that #summerfeeling head-space all the same, and the best part about non-bikini beachwear like this matching set is that they work for my wardrobe whether I’m on vacation or not.

Of course a busy summer doesn’t mean that I wanna stay locked away in front of my computer all day… let’s just say that the best accessory for an outfit like this is a cold glass of rosé, which is exactly how I spent the rest of my Sunday afternoon in this look.
