Let me just start by saying this: Hotlanta is HOT y’all. Like that kinda intense, irritable heat that makes you just wanna lounge by the pool all weekend, or book the next outgoing flight to the closest beach holiday location (anyone else feeling World Cup FOMO? Get me to Brazil now!).

I’ve always tended to veer in the opposite direction of anything that even slightly resembles teeny-tiny daisy dukes, until I came across the One Teaspoon denim line. I love how even though their shorts are super short in the front, the back dips a lot lower for extra coverage. That way you can survive the crazy summer heat without looking too indecent in public — and the interesting, irregular hemline always elicits a double take. A silky, sheer blouse and messy updo is the perfect complement to the denim shorts.
