My friends at Caren West PR told me that August is National Peach Month (seriously though, what is up with all these made up holidays suddenly popping up everywhere online?), and as a Georgia resident, how on earth could I let that slide? So here I am back in the kitchen, teaming up with LiDestri Spirits to recreate their signature “Son Of A Peach” cocktail that’s just right for the season!
“Son of a Peach” Sparkling Peach Vodka Cocktail
- In a glass, combine vodka, liqueur, peach chunks and ice. Top off glass with ginger ale, and garnish with mint sprig.
- Enjoy — how easy was that?!
