One of the biggest benefits of the merging of digital tech and fashion is that designer clothes, once an unattainable pipe dream, are becoming more and more accessible to the every day girl. Gone are the days that you need to break the bank to have that Self Portrait dress hanging in your wardrobe — and here’s how fashion girls are doing it!
When I packed for Paris Fashion Week, I knew that my looks couldn’t disappoint… so I turned to Rent the Runway Unlimited to zhuzh up my wardrobe! With my monthly subscription, I can pick up to 4 designer pieces, keep them for as long as I want, and swap them out for something new whenever I’m ready to change things up. I found this in-season $600 Tibi skirt, and rented it along with three other items (that you’ll be seeing on the blog soon!), all for a grand total of $150/month — with a membership that I can cancel anytime, no strings attached!
One of my favorite things about my Rent the Runway Unlimited membership is that it cuts down on waste too. As a blogger, I get gifted a LOT of clothes… some of which I wear, some I donate… and some I even forget that I have! By basically sharing my designer wardrobe with other fashion-lovers through my RTR membership, I can step out in style no matter the season, without going broke or dealing with an overflowing wardrobe full of clothes I don’t wear.
I linked some of my favorite Rent the Runway Unlimited finds below… I’m definitely keeping tabs on it during the holiday season, so I can find the perfect dress for New Year’s Eve!
p.s. thank you all SO MUCH for your support on my last blog post! i don’t get super personal on my blog all the time, but it means so much to know that my story resonated with so many of you. keep spreading the love, xoxo
