Knit sweaters and comfortable denim jeans is a classic Fall combination as old as time… yet there is always a new way to rock this simple look with your own signature style spin. You guys already know that I’m a fan of elevated basic outfits like these, and that’s mostly because I find that anyone’s true testament to style is in taking simple pieces and making them their own. Whether you’re into over-sized cardigans, cropped knits, relaxed boyfriend jeans or figure-hugging skinnies… there are countless ways (and brands!) that cater to your unique taste and step outside the box to reinvent your favorite wardrobe basics season after season.

Even though my denim collection is endless, I couldn’t but help myself to these tulip-hemmed skinny jeans… and I loved the side-stripe detail on the other jeans that I picked up too!
