I don’t know about you guys, but I hate the number of dresses I’ve bought and worn on special occasions that are still in perfect shape, but for reason I can no longer find any use for them after one wear! I’m talking about dresses from graduations, weddings, holiday parties…they’ve all just kinda been pushed to the back of my closet… and yet the saddest thing about them is that they’re the clothes I’m always most likely to splurge on! (I feel a garage sale coming on…)

I was recently invited to view Review Australia‘s online collection, and I absolutely fell in love with the Renaissance Rose dress in particular! Here, I’ve styled it for a special occasion, but the dress can easily be translated into workwear by the simple addition of a cream or camel-colored blazer.  For those of us with nine-to-fives in need of a versatile closet… that’s kind of a godsend! I’m constantly experimenting with my personal style, and lately I’ve been doing a lot of popping in and out of vintage stores. While there are always great finds (when you’re looking in the right place), I have to say that I get bored or distracted after a bit, and I usually end up walking out of the stores with nothing. I guess I prefer to do my bargain hunting online… and with a Review Australia dress, nobody needs to know that I made my fashion finds right from the comfort of my home 😉
