Chicago is easily one of my favorite travel destinations in the entire US of A. The city vibe blows Atlanta out of the water by far, and there’s nothing better than taking a long weekend to catch up with my old friends before getting sucked back into humdrum life we call the real world. I’m usually all over the place whenever I’m in town, but there’s something about the Wicker Park neighborhood that just resonates with me. I think it’s the eclectic mix of shopping, hipsters, kooky bars and cute cafés that kind of reminds me of another favorite city of mine that I grew up in: Berlin — so I always end up feeling right at home 🙂
