What I Wore: 2 Days in Palto Alto with Loro Piana

I

I just got back from spending a couple of days in Palo Alto, California with Loro Piana last week…

Here’s a peek into what we did, and what I wore! Everything’s linked below, including some more affordable ways to get the look. Loro Piana invited a VIPs to celebrate their new store opening in Northern California as well as their digital certification service created in collaboration with Aura Blockchain Consortium, and it was such a fantastic trip! You already know that I’m a big fan of the Italian fashion house, that specializes in quiet luxury pieces (that I’m obsessed with).

what I’m wearing

Here’s how I styled my Loro Piana look — featuring their newest bag launch, the Bale bag and the ever-popular Summer Walk loafers. Keep scrolling for matching sets inspired by my look, available in different price ranges below.

Loro Piana has been known as a supplier of premium wool and cashmere textiles in couture since the early 1900’s, but it wasn’t until the 70’s that they began manufacturing and retailing the luxury goods we’ve gotten to know and love. We learned about how the brand sources the finest and rarest raw materials the world has to offe, like unique cashmere from baby goats in northern China and Mongolia, extra-fine Merino wool from Australia and New Zealand and lotus flower fiber from Myanmar.

We also had a beautiful time with Loro Piana in Palo Alto, visiting the Cantor Museum of Art and plenty of yummy food and wine at local restaurants. I got my hands on one of their scarves, and when I tell you it’s the softest I’ve ever felt — I mean it! Here are other pieces I have my eyes on.

Into the vibe, but not ready to commit to the price tag? See my lineup of chic, feminine matching skirt sets below. Throw on a pair of loafers or ballet flats for an effortless look, or dress up with heeled sandals to serve up something a little sexier.
