Accessories: the final step to putting your very own personal spin on the perfect outfit. With the right accessories, you can make a look casual or formal… trendy or classic… basic or edgy… you get the idea. One of my favorite feature stories to read on Buzzfeed are the ones where 10 women style a wardrobe basic in their own unique way (like this story or this one) — examples like these really show just how much your personality can shine through the clothes you wear! When it comes to my own personal style, as you guys may have probably caught on by now, even though I love the look of a stiletto heel in theory, it’s a VERY rare that you’ll ever find me buying or wearing a pair. My friends and sisters always ask why I wear “boring” flats or kitten heels when I could opt for a statement stiletto… but that’s just not me. I’d rather invest in items that I really love to wear instead of buying shoes that I know I couldn’t last 10 minutes in and pieces that don’t truly reflect who I am as a person.
