A Cozy Winter Day At Home With Marimekko

Happy Friday friends! I hope everyone’s staying nice and warm indoors — we just had our first snow day in NYC this week!
What better way to spend time indoors, than with a cozy homemade lunch (or dinner, if you will)? I just got in a lot of new dinnerware from Marimekko — a brand that I discovered a few years ago at Paris Fashion Week, and have been in love with since! They are a Finnish brand, known for their heritage bold prints… and their pieces still look right at home in my muted, neutral space.
So what’s on the menu today? I kept it super simple with pan seared salmon, arugula salad and couscous… plus, a side of chicken soup! The perfect lunch menu for two 😊
